Dave Best - Chief Executive Officer / President

A native of Minnesota, Dave has been an Entrepreneur since an early age running several profitable businesses prior to college. He graduated from Mankato State University, Mankato, MN in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science Interdisciplinary degree in Computer Science and Business. In 2005, he earned his MBA in Venture Management from the University of Saint Thomas, St. Paul, Minnesota.

Dave co-founded Prism Software Solutions, Inc. in 1995 to service and support WDS-II (Wholesale Distribution Software) software on a nationwide level.

On March 16th, 2007, David became sole owner and Chief Executive Officer of Prism Software Solutions and exercises his knowledge of Venture Management with the addition of new products and services.

Prisms current business offering will remain strong, but plans to offer software consulting services, custom development, programming and website construction will continue to enhance Prism’s unique niche in the marketplace.

As CEO, Dave is responsible for strategic issues and overall corporate governance. He coordinates relationships that include business partners, re-sellers, consultants, and joint marketing ventures.
